Introduction
Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole? To visit a surreal world, where black is white and white is carrots?
A friend, Metacognician in Shanghai, describes the situation as follows: “Life is more absurd than movies. I've gone down the rabbit hole too, when it just becomes more and more strange and you wonder how that all is supposed to make sense.” I asked him if I should just embrace it. He answered, “Why should you ... change the universe?”
It started with a psychotic named Jim Kiraly who resides, we think, at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, California.
Jim Kiraly is a respected citizen. A churchgoer. A Vice President of Transamerica Corporation. And a violent abuser who tried to use an emergency anti-violence measure, one intended to protect battered women, to stop his victim in a wheelchair from writing a book.
Concise enough? :)
For attorneys: Jim Kiraly filed for CLETS against his son and victim, who lived 200 miles away, did not own a car, and was in a wheelchair. His son and victim was not asked to end communications. Jim had no (zero) specific and relevant allegations that were not perjury. But he turned down repeated offers of no-contact and a signed stipulation that gave him everything but CLETS. He insisted on CLETS if his victim ever once “discussed” him with third parties.
In the end, Jim Kiraly signed an agreement far weaker than the ones he'd been offered.
A review of Court paperwork and other materials will tend to confirm that Jim and other parties, including attorneys on all sides, committed multiple felonies, crimes, and faux pas. :P
The word “abuser” is stated here publicly and without equivocation. A formal offer is hereby made to reaffirm the word in writing and under oath. Attorneys will understand the significance of the point. In short, there is little terror of a threatened defamation suit on this side. Actually, we feel that such a suit will fit nicely up Jim Kiraly's abuser ass.
Jim has one son, Ken Kiraly, who invented the Amazon Kindle and is one of the leads at Amazon's secret Lab126. Another son, Tom Kiraly is one of the leads, a Vice President-CFO type, at medical insurance firms, including one of the largest, Humana Corporation.
These people and some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley legal circles have committed or are involved in multiple crimes.
For the next decade or two, we're going to explore the crimes that these people committed, the motivations and the denial involved, the background and histories that led each person to make the choices that they did, and ways to build upon what happened and move towards positive societal goals.
There's plenty to go over. These people committed or were involved in: Spousal abuse, child abuse, DDOS (a highly prosecutable violation of CFAA), extortion, perjury, conspiracy to commit perjury (a possible felony), false police reports, conspiracy to file false police reports (a possible felony), unlawful threats, barratry, defamation, malpractice, civil harassment, criminal harassment, abuse of process, and violations of SCCBA Professional Standards.
The point was to force Jim's oldest son and victim, me, to sign a gag order. I was in a wheelchair. I'd never made a single inappropriate threat against my abuser. I wasn't even asked to not to call anybody. But Jim threatened to put me in a violence database unless I agreed never to write about him.
I won the right to write, but I lost my home of 25 years, most of my possessions, my chances for retirement, everything. Everything but a realization.
I can make a difference. I can conduct research for legitimate and reasonable purposes, document what happened, and analyze the choices of the people involved:
- Jim Kiraly, abuser. Possibly Treasurer at St. Johns Lutheran Church. Vice President of Transamerica Corporation. Also connected to New Life Pismo Church. Involved with Service Core for Retired Executives (SCORE).
- Grace Kiraly, abuse victim and Christ Follower.
- Tom Kiraly, abuse victim, VP or CFO of firms such as Hanger Inc., Humana Corporation, and Sheridan Healthcare.
- Gail Cheda, slightly demented Realtor, spittle flying.
- Ken Kiraly, abuse victim, inventor of the Amazon Kindle, lead at Amazon's secret Lab126, sociopath.
- Tom Stutzman of Thomas Chase Stutzman, a Family Law attorney whose hobbies include martial arts and alleged sexual harassment
- John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman, a personable albeit lazy Family Law attorney who has a slight tendency towards fraud and malpractice
- Chris Burdick, head of the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA). Chris, you broke a written promise to speak with me because, you said, we had “Prior...” You didn't finish the sentence. Were you worried that I might take false statements to the State Bar? What's the deal with you and Hoge Fenton, anyway? What will we find if we dig?
- Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton. Michael, seriously, what are you?
- Alison Buchanan of Hoge Fenton, ethics specialist. Alison, did you contribute to the SCCBA Professional Standards, or was that before your time?
- Tracie Zerr of Thomas Chase Stutzman, a woman of boundless intelligence and sensitivity.
- Maggie Desmond of Hoge Fenton. Maggie, information, please. What is your role in Hoge Fenton's campaign to hush victims of abuse? When the clients that you've protected beat up women, how do you compartmentalize?
Maggie told me that she didn't know what she could say to me about what happened. However, we have decades to work it out. It will be productive. I'd like to direct the attention of attorneys and other parties to the:

Scott Kiraly Birthday
Tags: general
150810. If I remember correctly, today is my brother Scott Kiraly's 50th birthday. There is a possibility that Scott is dead from natural causes, unless he's brought his weight down. He was expected to hit 350 pounds long since and most 50 year olds with that weight are, well, dead. Hopefully, he's managed to slim down and is still hanging in there. It doesn't really matter. I was the only brother Scott had who didn't wish him dead and who was there to help him. I tried to be useful to him as I tried to be useful to everybody. When the Kiralys put Scott in a private prison out of fear of his violence, I was the only one of his brothers to visit him. When Scott became involved with a semi-psychotic manipulator who persuaded him to phone radio shows and taunt black people, I did what I could to communicate with both of them, to defuse the situation, to help. I'm older now. I understand that helping people, all people, the idea that you're supposed to do this, to proceed as Christ would, is something that is taught to small children as one teaches nursery rhymes and that none practice this save the most foolish and the most pure. We have only a short Time in the world, so short a Time, and to waste it... wasted Time is heart-breaking. And every moment that I spent helping the creatures that I was born to was wasted. I was there for Scott. I should not have been. The fact is, it would have been better if Scott had not been born. Scott is not creative, interesting, or useful. It would be more accurate to describe him as a dull-witted “hater” who has had, not simply a negative effect on those around him in his personal life, but much the same effect as waste that clogs up pipes. Post continues after the photograph below. |
Family Friendship Photo
That's Ken Kiraly on the left and Scott Kiraly on the right.
This picture strikes me as a bit creepy. It's just an optical illusion. However, Ken is two years older than Scott, so why is Scott, especially his head, so large compared to Ken?
The two boys are standing on a narrow fireplace ledge at the Kiraly family house, 217 Gerry Court, Walnut Creek. Scott couldn't be more than a few inches closer to the camera. It's probably related to the fact that Ken is leaning back.
Photos are supposed to be revealing, but this often isn't true. In this case, Ken and Scott were not close at all. Scott used to touch Ken, just touch him, because he knew that it would freak Ken out. But that probably didn't start until after this photo was taken.
Scott was considered to be physically dangerous to Ken, so much so that the Kiralys sent Ken to stay with me while they were relocating Scott to a Christian facility for troublesome young people.
However, I've come to understand that the reverse perspective might have been more accurate. One day, if things had gone slightly differently, Scott might have touched Ken once too often.
Jim Kiraly, Scott's father, had a devastating effect from the 1960s forward on everybody in his personal life. Jim's wife and victim, Grace Kiraly, once shouted at me, “My husband is not a brute!” But, really, the word, which Grace herself came up with, was accurate. Jim was a loathsome horror wrapped in skin; a thing as opposed to a person. But Jim Kiraly, due to his mental condition, the obsessive compulsive disorder, felt compelled to make practical things work, to ensure that details were in order; paperwork at the office, plumbing at his house, all the machinery of a simulated life except for the soul, which in his case was replaced with eternal, inexplicable rage. So, Jim was useful, in a golem sort of way. A golem is a creature made of mud that shambles along and performs tasks. It takes satisfaction in the tasks and nothing else. Ultimately, the word of truth is erased from its forehead and it falls down dead, its mechanical motions at an end. So it will be for Jim Kiraly. On a metaphysical level, Christi Vomit will wash the word from his forehead and the machine will cease to be useful. As Jim's gears grind to a halt, he will have, if not the part of a life that a soul contributes, at least the husk of a life, the purpose that a machine served, to look back on. Jim Kiraly will also know that the story of his life will serve a purpose. He will even be comforted by the fact that his widow, Grace Kiraly of 32 La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, CA, will be looked after in legitimate and reasonable ways. At the end of Scott Kiraly's life, he will not have useful activity to look back on. Not the activity of a machine or that of a person. Scott was far less destructive than his father Jim Kiraly, but he was also a burden to those around him and nothing more. Scott did fill a gap in the life of his lover Karen, disabled and in need of the attention that he was able to provide. Grace, Scott's mother, didn't approve of the relationship because, she said, how could Scott support Karen if the two of them got married? It seemed to me like a positive relationship, though, something worthwhile that Scott had contributed to. But was there ever a context in which he was anything but dead weight to those who didn't need him but had been useful to him? I'd wondered if Scott was a burden even now. Some public data sources suggest that he is living with his parents Jim Kiraly and Grace Kiraly in Pismo Beach, CA. See, for example, the screenshot below. But I suspect that this is related to some sort of past paperwork issue, as other sources suggest that he is still located in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Scott Kiraly was never useful to me. He never did anything for me that wasn't unpleasant. There is little more to say. Except, of course, “Happy Birthday, Little Brother”. |

Amazon Stops By, Hi

150810. There seems to be some interest at Amazon Corporation in Seattle in my weblogs over the past two days. Amazon is, of course, is my brother Ken Kiraly's company. And Seattle is the Amazon location where James Kiraly, Tom Kiraly's son as opposed to Tom's father, works. Representative visits are listed below. Hm, they all use Windows 7? What, is there something wrong with Windows 8? :P

Proposed message to Grace Kiraly
Tags: general
150801. This is a proposed message under construction that may be served upon Grace Kiraly, the artist and Christ Follower who resides, or has resided, at 32 La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, California. This proposed message and information related to Grace Kiraly has been posted for legitimate and reasonable purposes, including but not limited to seeking assistance from members of the general public with research and composition. Attorneys are invited to review the related document linked below: Legitimate and Reasonable Purposes List Technical note: Documents that are served upon Grace Kiraly will not be, in and of themselves, violations of past agreements that are now repudiated regardless. Attorneys are invited to review the handwritten edits to the agreements in question which Grace Kiraly's husband and abuser Jim Kiraly agreed to and signed. Suggestions related to wording may be emailed to: To proceed, here is the proposed message, subject to changes based on feedback:
Grace Kiraly Grace, good evening. My niece, Riane Kiraly, Tom Kiraly's daughter, apparently celebrated the first anniversary of her wedding to Eric Holub yesterday or today. I was reminded of this when I noticed today that a reader in Wisconsin was interested in the article about the couple that I posted one year ago, the one that may be read at this link. My Wisconsin friend doesn't seem to have been Eric or Riane, as they were located some distance from the city where Eric and Riane are reported to live, but my thoughts turned to family members regardless. |
To Riane Kiraly's brother James Kiraly, for example. Not James Kiraly, the elderly Vice President and your husband, or James Kiraly, the teenager at Sequoia High School and your son Ken's son, but James Kiraly, the mid-20s young man who is your son Tom's son. There's a photo of a James Kiraly to the right of this paragraph. This James Kiraly attended Grapevine High School in Grapevine, Texas and graduated circa 2008 or 2009. The same Grapevine High School that my brother Tom Kiraly was involved with. So, this young man is my nephew, the older of the two James Kiralys of his generation, correct? This James Kiraly went on to Carnegie Mellon University and — now, this is interesting — has been employed at Amazon Web Services in Seattle, WA since June 2013. He's not working remotely; he's in an apartment not far from Amazon's corporate offices. He's working in petabyte storage, which you can think of as a cool and coming thing. Did his uncle, Ken Kiraly, inventor of the Amazon Kindle and lead at Amazon Lab126, perhaps put in a good word for him? If so, why does this sound familiar... hmm... say, do you remember, Grace, my explanation to you that this is how it works? As a related point, is it possible that it was James Kiraly of AWS and not Ken Kiraly of Lab126 who used 10 perfectly synchronized AWS EC2s in an attempt to DDOS me this year? DDOS is a highly prosecutable felony, by the way. |
To continue with positive family thoughts, I was pleased to learn recently that Jim Kiraly, your husband, is still alive. Also to know that he's able to attend the Retired Active Men coffee get-together, an activity that I assume has become important to him, on a regular basis. If I understand correctly, Jim may still be involved with St. Johns Lutheran in Arroyo Grande as well, although this is unconfirmed. The last information related to his work there is some months old. The activities are of interest because, as the Mayor of Pismo Beach, Shelly Higginbotham, is aware and has offered assistance with, I'm seeking appropriate ways to provide Jim with a full understanding of what he means to people before he passes away from natural causes. What better way might there be to honor Jim Kiraly of Transamerica Corporation than a surprise media event, to take place in one venue or the other, cameras whirring, as Jim is presented with gifts and a poem is read? Jim would say no, he doesn't deserve attention and honor, but, truly, before he dies, don't you agree that this would be appropriate? Grace, I'm pretty sure that if everybody helps, a proper going-away party can be thrown for Jim. But a longer term memorial is called for. Contrary to popular perceptions, it's perfectly legal in the United States to possess human bones. One source of confusion related to the matter has been that India and China, which formerly exported bones to the U.S., have stopped doing so. Another is that there are laws related to the handling of American Indian bones. Neither issue is relevant to the ownership of bones of white U.S. citizens such as, to get down to a proposal, James Kiraly, the elder as opposed to his two grandsons of the same name. After James, your husband, dies of natural causes, may I have his bones? I propose to have them transformed by artisans into a sculpture that will serve a purpose. The nature of the sculpture is to be determined, but I have ideas that are positive and open to discussion. One proposal is illustrated below.
|
To conclude, Grace, allow me to offer you the thought and the prediction that best suits your nature and your role in the eyes of Christ: Dante Deo Christi Vomit super vos. Regards, Robert (the Old Coder) |

Abuser Bitch: I learned on the night of July 17, 2015 that the following website had been, at an undetermined date, deleted in its entirety without explanation: The website in question was one that I had created in mid-June 2012 in an attempt to obtain attorneys in legal actions that you had initiated against me a month before but had never troubled yourself to serve me for. The site is outdated now, but I consider it significant both because it represented a turning point in my understanding of our relationship and because its creation involved my near-death from dehydration. I asked the webhost on the same night to identify the party, if any, who had made a complaint which had to deletion. I included some points related to the prosecutable crimes that you personally have committed or been involved in. The next morning, July 18, 2015, I found that the site had been restored. As a follow-up notification, if the site is deleted again, by anybody or for any reason, I don't wish anybody to be concerned about the possibility that its content will disappear. In such an event, printed copies will be sent, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, to parties of different types. Online copies will also appear around the world. Actually, these legitimate and reasonable steps are going to be taken regardless. Best regards, Robert (the Old Coder) |
