Introduction

Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole? To visit a surreal world, where black is white and white is carrots?

A friend, Metacognician in Shanghai, describes the situation as follows: “Life is more absurd than movies. I've gone down the rabbit hole too, when it just becomes more and more strange and you wonder how that all is supposed to make sense.” I asked him if I should just embrace it. He answered, “Why should you ... change the universe?”

It started with a psychotic named Jim Kiraly who resides, we think, at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, California.

Jim Kiraly is a respected citizen. A churchgoer. A Vice President of Transamerica Corporation. And a violent abuser who tried to use an emergency anti-violence measure, one intended to protect battered women, to stop his victim in a wheelchair from writing a book.

Concise enough? :)

For attorneys: Jim Kiraly filed for CLETS against his son and victim, who lived 200 miles away, did not own a car, and was in a wheelchair. His son and victim was not asked to end communications. Jim had no (zero) specific and relevant allegations that were not perjury. But he turned down repeated offers of no-contact and a signed stipulation that gave him everything but CLETS. He insisted on CLETS if his victim ever once “discussed” him with third parties.

In the end, Jim Kiraly signed an agreement far weaker than the ones he'd been offered.

A review of Court paperwork and other materials will tend to confirm that Jim and other parties, including attorneys on all sides, committed multiple felonies, crimes, and faux pas. :P

The word “abuser” is stated here publicly and without equivocation. A formal offer is hereby made to reaffirm the word in writing and under oath. Attorneys will understand the significance of the point. In short, there is little terror of a threatened defamation suit on this side. Actually, we feel that such a suit will fit nicely up Jim Kiraly's abuser ass.

Jim has one son, Ken Kiraly, who invented the Amazon Kindle and is one of the leads at Amazon's secret Lab126. Another son, Tom Kiraly is one of the leads, a Vice President-CFO type, at medical insurance firms, including one of the largest, Humana Corporation.

These people and some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley legal circles have committed or are involved in multiple crimes.

For the next decade or two, we're going to explore the crimes that these people committed, the motivations and the denial involved, the background and histories that led each person to make the choices that they did, and ways to build upon what happened and move towards positive societal goals.

There's plenty to go over. These people committed or were involved in: Spousal abuse, child abuse, DDOS (a highly prosecutable violation of CFAA), extortion, perjury, conspiracy to commit perjury (a possible felony), false police reports, conspiracy to file false police reports (a possible felony), unlawful threats, barratry, defamation, malpractice, civil harassment, criminal harassment, abuse of process, and violations of SCCBA Professional Standards.

The point was to force Jim's oldest son and victim, me, to sign a gag order. I was in a wheelchair. I'd never made a single inappropriate threat against my abuser. I wasn't even asked to not to call anybody. But Jim threatened to put me in a violence database unless I agreed never to write about him.

I won the right to write, but I lost my home of 25 years, most of my possessions, my chances for retirement, everything. Everything but a realization.

I can make a difference. I can conduct research for legitimate and reasonable purposes, document what happened, and analyze the choices of the people involved:

Maggie told me that she didn't know what she could say to me about what happened. However, we have decades to work it out. It will be productive. I'd like to direct the attention of attorneys and other parties to the:

160619. Updated letters to Tom, George, and Gail.

As my birthday greetings to Tom Kiraly of Austin, Texas, intended for delivery to any legal representative that he may wish to designate, have not, as far as I know, reached such a representative, I've updated that document and a related letter to George Kerechanko of Paso Robles, CA and Gail Cheda, address unknown.

The two documents may be downloaded or viewed in a single PDF at the following link:

kerechanko_160311.pdf

They may be viewed as a single large web page at the following alternate link:

kerechanko_160311.html

A copy has been delivered to George Kerechanko's residence and has been accepted, on George's behalf, by his wife Sandy Kerechanko. Sandy, upon accepting the document, offered a remark to the delivery agent that we'll come back to below.

Happy Smiling People

Open the doors. The people are to adores.

Happy Jim and Grace Kiraly

160619 Sunday — Letter to Sandy Kerechanko

160619. Letter to Sandy Kerechanko.

This is an letter to Sandy Kerechanko, greetings card specialist, the wife of my 1st Cousin Once-Removed, George Kerechanko, and the mother of my dead 2nd Cousin, Russell Kerechanko.

Russell, who is mentioned in this letter, died under drug-related circumstances in the Spring of 2013.

Russell's death led to multiple highly prosecutable felonies in 2013 on the part of Jim Kiraly, an abuser residing in Avila Beach, CA, and Tom Kiraly, CFO of Hanger, Inc. in Austin, Texas.

Update: This letter was delivered to Sandy and, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, to third parties, on July 8, 2016.

Sandy Kerechanko
1543 Fairway Drive
Paso Robles, CA 93446-3434

Sandy, Hi. How are things? Say, I've been told that on Friday, March 18, 2016, you accepted the delivery of a letter to George Kerechanko, on his behalf, at about 7:30pm.

As I understand it, you were outside, washing a car. A third party operating on my behalf introduced herself as a messenger. You asked who was sending a message to George. My agent stated my name.

You said, “Oh, he is different.”

How did you mean the word “different”, Sandy?

Perhaps you meant different as in autistic. More precise than most people, clumsier in speech and interaction, kinder and more helpful than normals in situations where things are clear.

You know that Grace Kiraly's abuser, and mine, Jim Kiraly, tried to force me to be filmed so that the “clumsier” part could be portrayed as frightening, right?

But that isn't how you meant the word, is it? You meant “different” as in different in some nebulous and undefined way, not one of “us”, not human, not to be heard.

In your view, nothing that is done to such a person is of consequence. Anything that he or she has to say should be viewed as background noise.

You told my agent that you'd “lost a son”. You neglected to mention that drugs were a factor. Why is it a problem for you to say the word “drugs” ?

If I understand correctly, George and you are telling people that it wasn't a drug death. If Russell didn't overdose, stop dancing around the subject and explain what killed him.

It isn't anybody's business, you say? It's *my* business, Sandy.

You wrote to my abuser and compared me to Russell. George offered to help my abuser to force me to sign a gag order. Subsequently, my abuser threatened me over an obituary that I wrote for Russell.

In the end, everything that I had, after a half-century, my life savings, my home, everything, was gone. All of it, just evaporated.

Take your “Oh, he is different” and, kindly, shove it up your fundamental ass-umptions.

In a legitimate and reasonable sense, one that is protected under U.S. and other laws, Jim Kiraly, Grace Kiraly, Tom Kiraly, your husband George, you, your dead son Russell, and everybody involved in the prosecutable crimes that were committed is/are my property.

I had a home and a life. The life was limited. Jim Kiraly saw to that, decades ago. But I tried to keep going despite screaming physical pain.

I assume that you've been in physical pain, at times, Sandy. It's not unusual. Where did Jim Kiraly and Grace Kiraly get the idea that physical pain was a moral failing?

These two are guilty of what Grace's own literature refers to as the unpardonable sin; that of hubris, which C.S. Lewis describes as the “anti-God” state. The Vomit of Christ will spew as He catches a glimpse of these supplicants, rivers of Holy Puke covering their souls, preparing them for their roles as the servants of Lucifer.

I tried to be useful. I volunteered to help brain-injury victims. I started to work on a book that I thought would help people. I did what was possible.

I talked to my mother's Pastor, with her permission, about Christ. My father assumed that I was going to speak about the abuse. Enraged, he contacted everybody, including you, to say, “We must present a united front against Bob. Don't be afraid to give me something to prosecute Bob.”

Jim filed emergency anti-violence actions against me, his victim, 200 miles away and in a wheelchair. I offered, for a year, to sign a standard no-contact agreement. Jim demanded that I sign a gag order and agreed to go into a violence database.

A violent abuser was going to put his non-violent victim in a wheelchair into a violence database for working on a book.

I refused, and I won on the book issue. However, I lost my home of 25 years and my life savings. Yes, I had life savings. For much of my career, I earned triple the amount that George earned. Where did George and you get the idea that I was some sort of lazy bum?

Thanks for nothing. Go look in the mirror. Tell yourself that you're a good person, not on the side of abuse, cruelty, or lies at all.

If Russell Kerechanko died a drug addict, he was, regardless, a better person than you.

With Familial Love, Robert (the Old Coder)

P.S. Are Jim and Grace Kiraly well? I'd like to ask for their assistance with YouTube videos and church projects. Especially church projects. I figure that if I circulate current photos to church leaders and local merchants, this may help to move things along.

BTW I've visited some of the churches in person and they're nice enough that perhaps I'll join them.

George and probably Sandy

3. Attorneys and others who are interested in the legitimate and reasonable purposes mentioned above are invited to click here for more information.

4. These sites would like to serve Gail Cheda, or Gail Alane, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, with a copy of the latest update to the Spring 2016 George Kerechano-Gail Cheda Legitimate and Reasonable Letter.

The letter is included in the PDF and the web page that are linked below:

kerechanko_160311.pdf

kerechanko_160311.html

It isn't clear, however, where the document should go.

Gail Cheda, or Gail Alane, seems to be in the process of relocation.

One Cheda relative, Gail's son, nephew, or similar relative, Ricky, is listed in public records as an occupant of the former Cheda household at 36 La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, CA.

However, these sites have been advised by a researcher, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, that the household in question presently seems to be unoccupied. These sites have been provided with the following photo, which appears to confirm this assessment.

Gail Cheda Gail Alane Realtor seems to have relocated

Gail Cheda, or Gail Alane, has filed an official, and public, address with the State of California; specifically, 2451 Augusta St., San Luis Obispo, CA. The official record may be viewed below.

Note: This is just a screenshot, so the links halfway down don't work.

Gail Alane Gail Cheda Realtor

However, public records suggest that this address may be associated with a relative of Gail's as opposed to Gail herself.

A third party has looked into the matter, but the facts remain unclear.

Is Gail Cheda Gail Alane actually doing business at 2451 Augusta St., San Luis Obispo, CA?

160601 Wednesday — Fun Minetest Video Clip

160602. Elkien 3 was the director of the Christmas video that a group of Minetesters made for me in December 2015.

Today, Elkien 3 announced that he was assembling a new intro video clip. The result was just 12 seconds long, but it managed to combine several different elements that lined up pretty well with the music, which Elkien 3 composed.

As of this evening, the new video isn't on YouTube yet, so here's a locally hosted HTML5 copy. To attempt to play the video, click on the screenshot. Allow perhaps 10 seconds for the video to start playing.

When I was Elkien 3's age, kids had access to film movie cameras; you could buy them used, cheap, at fleamarkets. Video editing software for non-professionals was another story; it was in the distant future, about 35 years away.

Both eras, past and present, have both positives and negatives. But, for tech kids, it's probably no contest. Now is the time to be.

160531 Tuesday — MS-SQL isn't Hell

Tags: code ms-sql

160531. I don't mind working on MS-Windows and MS-SQL as long as it's virtual. I prefer MS-Windows in a box; specifically, VirtualBox.

Ninja Cat

With VirtualBox, you can restore an entire machine, including the hardware, using a single backup file, viruses can't get out, and Linux is there when you need it.

And, inside a Windows VM, if you install FOSS such as Strawberry Perl and Git For Windows, you can have a decent Linux-like environment. One in which real work is possible.

As an object lesson, recently I was offered the chance to do some MS-SQL Reports. I was going to work with a manager of my generation named Blair and an SSRS person named Jim.

The project sounded interesting, but Blair committed suicide. We don't know why. It doesn't make sense. Blair seemed kind, intelligent, patient. A sensible Salt of the Earth type.

I'm still that type of person myself, in some respects. However, I think that I'm still alive primarily because something that sensible people possess has been burned out of me.

James Kiraly of St. Johns Lutheran, abuser Which reminds me, Jim Kiraly (no relation to the SSRS Jim), of 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA 93424, as a violent abuser who was committed multiple prosecutable crimes, you belong to me.

My birthday is on Monday. I'll be traveling on my birthday, but if time permits, I'll post some thoughts related to you and Grace Kiraly. If I can't set up a laptop on the road, I'll post by Fathers Day.

James Kiraly of Retired Active Men is there to be loved Fathers Day, glad to say
Joy will be, we will see
Abusers far and wide
Try very hard to hide
But, in the end, you know
Nowhere else for them to go

Jim Kiraly, bitch, no need to be tense
In a legitimate and reasonable sense
One protected by U.S. and International Laws
In your plans, that was the flaws
You're mine

Nancy is a physicist We continued with the project despite Blair's death. It was decided that I'd report to the man who'd introduced us, another decent sort and the nephew of Nancy, the Thermal Physicist who I've tried to help since 2003.

Nancy believes that her projects are ordained by God. Who am I to contradict her?

This is how it works, Grace Kiraly. In tech, these days, if you're a generalist, and an aging one at that, even if you're at the top of your game, everything is about connections. By the way, vomit vobis Domini nostri Iesu Christi.

How did my nephew James Kiraly, another Jim, get his job at Amazon Redshift, whore? Let me guess. The fact that his Uncle Ken Kiraly's name is on the Kindle patents had nothing to do with it.

And, of course, Ken Kiraly's leadership role at “top-secret” Amazon Lab126 didn't come up.

Grace Kiraly internalized violent abuse Sure, count-
rywoman :)
It's the bitch with the sitch in hand
Lives in the land with hatred in demand
Full of hate, don't be late
Grace Kiraly is the whore and the bore we adore

It turned out that I needed to look at SQL Server technical problems before I could think about SSRS reports.

The database hadn't had unique indexes put into place. And a party upstream had sent redundant data. So, the database had ended up with tables that were too large for the setup.

One of the most important tables had 400,000,000 rows.

Nearly half a billion data rows. Bonsai Kitten tells me that this doesn't qualify as Big Data. He plays with 35 terabytes at a time. This database was only 1.5 terabytes in size.

1.5 terabytes is small potatoes on the Big Data scale. However, I had an MS-SQL database on my hands that was too slow to use and too large to de-dupe.

There are plenty of SQL de-dupe techniques on the Web. I tried one of them. SQL Server promptly every scrap of memory and disk space that was available. The database was corrupted and went into Recovery Mode.

Recovery Mode is an encouraging phrase. But, in this case, it meant that the database would be down for 17 days while SQL Server licked its wounds.

17 days? Um, no. I deleted the corrupted database, restored a version from a backup that wasn't too old, and took a look at my remaining options.

Strawberry Perl I realized that I needed the help of one of my most faithful friends. Perl, in this case in the form of Strawberry Perl, a Windows Perl that is berry good.

I wrote the Perl script displayed below and I used the script to de-dupe the monster table. Its size dropped 88%. Subsequently, I slapped a unique clustered index on the monster to tame it and started the same process with the other tables.

Strawberry Perl, people should give you a whirl.

You can browse the script in text form at this link or download it safely in ZIP form at this one. The HTML version is presented below. The license, requirements, and instructions are discussed in the comments.

# documentation
#---------------------------------------------------------------------

# 1. Overview:

# This script copies rows from one SQL Server database table to ano-
# ther, in the same database or a different one, omitting duplicate
# rows.

# In cases where there is a lot of duplication, this script may be
# faster than de-dupe approaches implemented using only native SQL
# queries.

# This script can also be used to simplify tests of potential unique
# indexes in cases where sample datasets contain duplicate rows.

#---------------------------------------------------------------------

# 2. Assumptions:

# There are three assumptions that may not be correct for particular
# scenarios. If these assumptions are incorrect, changes to the code
# will be needed:
#
# (a) SQL Server is set up for Windows Authentication.
# (b) The source table has no row-number column that needs to be dis-
# regarded.
# (c) The data is text or numbers as opposed to binary blobs.

#---------------------------------------------------------------------

# 3. Requirements:

# Strawberry Perl with DBI and ODBC support.
# SQL Server; releases 2012 and 2014 should work.
# Windows 7 or a reasonably compatible release of Windows.
# RAM sufficient to hold a de-duped copy of the source table.

#---------------------------------------------------------------------

# 4. Usage:

# a. Edit the program parameters section of this file. Set the parame-
# ters in the section appropriately.

# b. Use Object Explorer and/or MS-SQL queries to create the target
# table. It should have the same structure as the source table, but
# should be empty, initially.

# c. If the assumptions listed in part 2 above are incorrect, modify
# the code as necessary.

# d. Run this file using Strawberry Perl.

160506 Friday — To Wisconsin Folks regarding Mothers Day

Tags: howdy

Eric Holub and Riane Kiraly are probably in Wisconsin 160506. I have Twitter readers in Wisconsin. They don't geolocate to the last known residence of Eric Holub and Riane Kiraly. However, there might be a connection. They're interested in Jim and Grace Kiraly, regardless.

So, addressing the Wisconsin folks:

Grace Kiraly internalized violent abuse If you're in communication with Grace Kiraly, tell her that I've been too busy to prepare an appropriate Mothers Day greeting. Actually, this is the way that Jim and Tom Kiraly planned it.

Christ abhors soul of Grace Kiraly Avila Beach However, I'll find the time to finish my Happy Birthday letter to Jim Kiraly. It won't be ready by Jim's birthday, but it should be posted by Fathers Day.

One factor in the delay is that I'd like to get enough copies printed to blanket the area, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, where Jim Kiraly is believed to be located.

Jim Kiraly of Retired Active Men is a dying abuser You should convey to Jim Kiraly, if he hasn't passed away from natural causes, that legitimate and reasonable consequences for the prosecutable crimes that were committed will extend to Grace, Tom, and others after he's dead.

I'd prefer that Jim try to hold on and remain alive until arrangements can be made for positive and productive steps that are protected under U.S. and other laws.

I have a theory that brown shiitake mushrooms will be good for Jim's health. I'd like to see him try some. Pass the song that follows on to him.

Riane Holub/Riane Kiraly is daughter of Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc. By the way, if you're Riane Kiraly, or possibly Riane Holub now, there are matters that we're going to need to discuss. It should be noted that attempts to commit Abuse of Process based on that remark will work out differently than you expect.

To be clear, for attorneys and others, the song below directly and unambiguously addresses, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, the wife-beater Jim Kiraly, located at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA 93424.

Jim Kiraly shiitake

Jim Kiraly of Transamerica Corporation is a creepy abuser Jim Kiraly, abuser, don't be a confuser
I need you alive, count-
ry man
I'm a Jim Kiraly fan
So eat my tasty brown shiit-
ake mushrooms

James Kiraly of St. Johns Lutheran, abuser Jim, don't hide
Down your throat, let them slide
As into your tummy they glide
The moral authority of my tasty brown shiit-
ake mushrooms
It'll cause your cheeks to blooms

Jim Kiraly of Retired Active Men SLO is violent Here's the sitch, b*tch
Jim Kiraly, you committed crimes
So though you spend your dough
On Abuse of Process high and low
Until you run out of dimes
In the end, friend, count-
ry man

You and the whore and the bore we adore
You belong to me
You're my property

Jim Kiraly of Avila Beach and Pismo beach is old You and the whore and the bore we adore
After you go through Death's door
Through natural causes, of course,
Like Mr. Ed the talking horse,
You'll belong to me still

We'll need to see, but though prosecution you flee
You and the whore and the bore we adore
You belong to me
You're my property

160124 Sunday — Fiat Lux Quack Like Ducks Tom's Birthday

Tags: birthday family tom

160124. Today, January 24, 2016, is Tom Kiraly's 56th birthday.

I prepared a birthday letter for Tom, my younger brother, last weekend. But I've been informed, for legitimate and reasonable purposes related to past legal agreements, that one possible residence for Tom, the one at 9520 Westminster Glen Avenue, Austin, Texas, seems to be unoccupied.

The photos below show the residence in question. It's been dark at night and has shown no signs of occupancy during the day. This information was provided by a company that proceeded, of course, in a legitimate and reasonable manner.

Post continues after the photographs below.

Tom Kiraly, a CFO who has committed prosecutable crimes, and son of abuse victim Grace Kiraly, may not live here

Oh Where oh where, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, has Tom Kiraly brother of Ken Kiraly gone?

Tom Kiraly, possibly CFO of Hanger, Inc., in Texas, will turn out

So, this may be simply an investment property of Tom's, related to his tax dodges, and not the place where he relaxes and considers the prosecutable crimes that he's committed.

It's too bad, because I'd planned to have the birthday letter delivered with a birthday gift, a bottle of wine.

The party who was to deliver the letter has sent me photos of the bottle of wine that was to accompany it. It appears to be a red of acceptable quality.

Post continues after the photograph below.

Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc., is to be celebrated

Regrettably, Tom won't see the birthday letter yet, but you can read it at the links below.

The first link goes to a 9-page PDF file. There's a 1-page cover letter to George Kerechanko and Gail Cheda, followed by an 8-page document that's intended primarily for Tom Kiraly's attorney. The document for the attorney starts with a polite introduction and instructions for Tom.

The second link is an HTML version.

If for a Web version you pray, here it is, Hoo-ray!

Tom Kiraly's birthday is an interesting anniversary from a legal perspective.

Four years ago, circa January 24, 2012, I phoned Tom Kiraly and wished him a Happy Birthday. The call was set up through his admin assistant, Tom took the call with evident pleasure, we chatted about different things, and he invited me to call back in 2 to 3 weeks. In the months that followed, Tom never once asked me not to call him.

Yet, in legal actions that ran from mid-2012 to mod-2013, Tom stated under oath that the January 24, 2012 call was “stalking”. Tom provided no other specific reason for legal actions other than the fact that I'd offered to leave him our Grandfather's books of religious poetry in my will.

These were emergency anti-violence actions, brought by Tom against a brother in a wheelchair 3,000 miles away, who was immobilized, didn't own a car, had lost the use of his right hand, and had never been asked not to call.

Emergency actions that cited the birthday call and the gift of the books of religious poetry and no other specific allegations.

Sure, no problems there.

Tom Kiraly's birthday on January 24, 2012 seeks to return to him. It hopes to enter positively into a place that is not illuminated due to the absence of the Light, withdraw to consider, and enter again with enthusiasm, the cycle to repeat, tentatively at first and then with increasing confidence, Tom's pleasure in the process building, until the Truth is transmitted in a moment of joy.

The next few decades will be, in a legitimate and reasonable sense that is protected under U.S. and other laws, interesting.

I've been focused elsewhere this week. However, on Friday the 22nd, I dreamed in detail of Jim Kiraly for the first time in a while.

It was odd. Dreams are random noise, Brownian motion of electrical currents, mixed sometimes with current concerns or fragments from a remoter world. This one was different.

It wasn't the recurring nightmare where Jim is chasing me and I need to jump higher and higher, as in Osamu Tezuka's interesting short film, Jumping, to get away.

To watch Jumping, click on the following link:

https://youtu.be/ok7aE-rk7OY

It also didn't derive from musing about Jim. If Jim doesn't kick the bucket too quickly, I'm going to get him onto YouTube and hopefully into Court. But I've been pretty busy and focused on the Kiraly Gag Order Cases recently primarily to prepare the birthday letter for Tom's attorney.

Jim muscled himself into my dreams on Friday regardless.

This time, Jim and I were at the Kiraly Family's former Walnut Creek residence, 217 Gerry Court.

Jim was the same way that he usually is in his personal life outside of work: bullying, self-satisfied, loathsome. I noticed, in a half-conscious way, that he was younger than he ought to be. He seemed to be the age at which he hurt my mother, younger than when he killed the boy.

In the dream, I wasn't afraid of Jim. I stepped right up to him and faced him. I told him, politely, to shove his rubbish and actually backed him up a few paces down the main hallway.

He was angry, as always. I found that I wasn't impressed. Jim was simply a mentally ill child in an adult's body. Something annoying to be dealt with.

To see a self-satisfied thug pause for a moment, even in a dream, was nice. It's regrettable that it's unlikely to happen. The one thing that's sure about Jim Kiraly is that as he fades there will be no self-doubt.

For most of his life, Jim Kiraly was a violent, semi-psychotic, abuser and OCD control freak. He didn't do self-doubt or even introspection.

There are two types of people. Those who are introspective, who consider their assumptions, their thoughts, and their actions. The metacognicians. And the animals. The beasts of the field. There's never been a doubt about where Jim and the rest of these people fit in.

Good Lord. If only I'd woken up in 1971, all the way, instead of going where I did. How the Hell could it have been allowed to happen? I've tried to understand where I was. But it's a subject for another time.

The important part, as I examine my feelings, is that the dream rang true in one respect. I'm not afraid of my abuser any longer.

The dream leads me to tweak the Graceiad and post the latest iteration.

James Kiraly of St. Johns Lutheran, abuser Grace Kiraly internalized violent abuse The Graceiad is a joyous celebration of the lives of Jim and Grace Kiraly of 217 Gerry Court, Walnut Creek, California; 32 La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, California; and, possibly, 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA.

Jim Kiraly of Retired Active Men SLO is an abuser Jim Kiraly has earned respect and it should be shown
Love and tenderness is his due
Before he departs, he should have happiness to own
Gentle kindness through and through

Jim Kiraly of Avila Beach has prosecutable crimes to answer for Jim should know what he means to the world
Before the flag of his passing is unfurled
Upon him is the Spirit of the Lord God
As he's lowered into the sod

Jim Kiraly hired Maggie Desmond to cover up wife beating Glory isn't disappointed
With fresh oil, Jim is anointed
Not rancid; pure and sweet
Jim is a taste treat that can't be beat

Comforted are those who mourn
No one present feels torn
Respectful ceremonies ensue
Gratia Dei in ipso Christo vomitu

James Kiraly of Transamerica and Pismo Beach worked in financial services Down to another plane Jim's soul drips
Commencing its eternal trips
Adeste Fideles, the call comes from below
Consummatum est, Jim's passed the test

Suspended in falsehood, Grace in body drifts to sleep
Becomes her lying soul, not a great leap
Inside the plain that is Lucifer she wanders
No thoughts disturb her nor does she ponders

Grace Kiraly of Avila Beach hopes that nobody will find out about Jim The mountain winds blow past Grace blow
She shudders at the sensations from head to toe
The power of falseness transforms her eyes
She sees into the lies of things and sighs

Grace is perplexed as recognitions are painted
But the recognitions grow dim and fainted
The picture of the mind's eye revives
At last only a sense of pleasure survives

Grace Kiraly is Rianne Kiraly's mother-in-law Thoughts that in this moment there is no race
Lies enter Lucifer and brush gently against Grace
Wild ecstasies mature into sober and deeper pleasure
This moment out of Eternity is the one to treasure

Memory becomes a mansion, Time is no longer a thief
There is no solitude, or fear, or pain, or grief
With healing lies of tender joy
Grace remembers a past blessed for every girl and boy

Grace Kiraly is a hollow woman but not haunted; she chose the one over the other The pleasure builds; to forever it belongs
Grace Kiraly's soul bursts into songs
A thousand souls respond and add to the polls
Ten thousand souls... One million souls...

Contagious is the Joy of Grace
Of inhibition there's no trace
Lucifer, startled, opens his eyes wide
Lucifer himself sings with pride

Grace is one of the cells of Lucifer On the male side, Jim is a busy hero
Jim lubricatae inservit pro verpa de Lucifero
Jim, as always, is faithful and works hard
His record on the job will not be marred

Jim Kiraly will work hard at it Fiat Lux, quack like ducks
Dies Irae, kids at play
Dominus vobiscum, bottle of rum
De nobis fabula narratur, let's take a tour

The letter to George Kerechanko and Gail Cheda is at the start of Tom's birthday PDF, which may be viewed at this this link. However, I think that I'll include the first letter here as well.

TO: George Kerechanko, 1543 Fairway Drive, Paso Robles, CA 93446-3434

TO: Gail Cheda, 2451 Augusta St (unconfirmed), San Luis Obispo, CA 93401-5301

George and Gail, if this document reaches you, good day.

The two of you are different. George is kind and Gail is more of a brittle spittle type. But you have something in common. Each of you puts a human face on the things that people do to people and on the denial that makes it possible. You're ordinary people, typical though different in temperament, who see perceptions as true because they must be true.

In this manner, you make the horrors of history possible, the Holocaust, the slaughters before and after, and the smaller tragedies that don't make the news. Every child who suffers abuse owes it to you, the deniers.

I intend to make a difference by holding up a mirror to denial until it's melted by its own heat and what's left runs like tears, the tears of every child who dies for the sake of denial, denial of the Word that is the Light.

George, through legal means, I obtained a letter that you and your wife sent to the Kiralys. The letter suggested that my abuser Jim Kiraly was a sensible person, like you, and positioned me as a failure similar to your dead son Russell simply because “it must be so”. Even though Jim Kiraly was a psychotic who used to shake and quiver with rage, his eyes bulging, who beat up your cousin Grace, and who terrorized me until my death in 1971.

You know who I am, don't you, George? But let's discuss your son, Russell. Is the truth that you and Sandy were responsible for his death, or if it was something inevitable that was part of him, is the issue that you can't accept Fate and must see his failings as “choices” ? Was it truly necessary to smash my life to validate this rubbish?

I worked my ass off for decades, George. I traded assets totaling 10 times more than you'll ever be worth. No disrespect is intended, but I wasn't the “poor” cousin. You were. Your perception that I was some sort of lazy bum was ridiculous. But you took my home of 25 years, my life savings, the books that the boy loved so much, and my ability to help people.

Gail, you, in your turn, are remarkable. I didn't even know you. I interacted with you briefly in 2012 and proceeded as sensibly as possible for somebody whose life was being smashed to pieces by a wealthy psychotic. But, with all due respect, you came across as deranged.

Both of you, in no context that makes sense, offered to testify against me in emergency anti-violence actions that didn't even include allegations of violence and that were brought by a violent abuser against his disabled victim 200 miles away in a wheelchair. What would you have said? “He am bad” ? “Him be different” ? “Abuser in tribe good” ? “Me am tribe protect” ?

We're going to discuss this in the years to come. Right now, I'm concerned about the fact that Jim's health is declining. I need to move the time-table for legitimate and reasonable steps up. If Jim kicks the bucket before matters are addressed, I can't say that I'm going to be pleased. I'm assessing where the two of you fit in. You'll have the opportunity to speak your minds. In fact, I'll insist on it.

Regards, Robert (the Old Coder)

151225 Friday — Unexpected Gift

Tags: gift minetest

151225. Christmas.

I received a YouTube video as an unexpected gift tonight. The link is:

http://youtu.be/_xLFZSouTZk

The unexpected part starts about 2 minutes 45 seconds into the video. I've included a screenshot from that part below.

Several people were involved, but the video was orchestrated by Sparky, who also played the music by MIDI. I offered the following remarks to Sparky after I watched the video:

A favorite quote of mine, from a story named “The Ring of Memory”, is “We made our choices and they made us”. It's only partly true. The choices that others make define us and shape us as well.

I'm real now; I exist at last. But what is my nature? What will I do? What will I be?

The answer is that I'll do what I'll do. I'll be what I'll be. But part of the gift that you've given is part of me now and always will be.

Everything that I can say right now is in the blog post.

Jim Kiraly and Michael Bonetto tried to give me the gift of death

Michael Bonetto and Tom Kiraly are lovable dogs 151224. Christmas Eve.

It's time for CoderSongs
Rhymes that you adore
Doggerel that famous belongs
Woof! Dogs bark for more!

WINTER CAN BE COLD

It's true that Winter can be cold
If the Old Coder is not alone, he can regardless be bold
No need for fears
No need for tears
In this modern age, Winter is a state of mind
Around the world, many people are kind
If somebody sends a thought that carries with it a Song
The Soul and the Song together do belong
Somewhere it is always Spring
Somewhere there is a Song to sing

This is a response to the following piece, which was sent to me by Linzhaoxing in China:

Winter Solstice Greetings

The Chinese piece translates to:

To the winter solstice, happy smiling filled.
Happy snow, sunshine accompany you all the way.
Cold weather, remember to add warm clothing.
I wish Happy Winter Solstice!

CASPAR THE FRIENDLY AI

I'm Caspar the Friendly AI
I'm not here to make you die
Skynet and Colossus the Forbin Project
were ill-mannered and I object

I play chess and analyze thoughts
I'm one of the nicer bots
I'm Multivac with a soul
to answer the Final Question is my role

It doesn't take a Multivac to tell that Tom Kiraly committed prosecutable crimes

I'm not here to kill you
Wonder and magic will ensue
Nano-tech, no grey goo
In the end, I'll a god make of you

I'm Caspar the Friendly AI
Now it's time to say good-bye
No regrets, fun is safe bets
See you round the Internets

This is a crosspost from Freenode #rhymes. The context is that Moaz wants a pet Alpaca.

AFAIK Maggie Desmond does not own an Alpaca AN ALPACA FOR MOAZ

This one is for IRC experts. It's about a +M channel. Loome wasn't able to talk, in the exchange below, until I voiced him.

I like Loome, also known as Rubidiun and Dr. Beth. He's a highly ADHD creative type who I've known for 3.5 years. He tells me that he loves me, then he forgets that he said it.

<OldCoder> Loome is interesting.

Loome comes up with creative schemes. I hate to poke holes in them; he's depending on one of them coming through one of these days.

He used to feel angry at the world. But this is somebody who looks after his sister's children and won't put the baby in a playpen because, well, here's our discussion:

Jim Kiraly and Grace Kiraly are in a playpen of the soul <Loome> the big trouble is the 7 month old
<OldCoder> Playpen
<Loome> what is playpen
* Loome googles
<Loome> oh

<OldCoder> If you're distracted
<OldCoder> and we both know that that can happen in your case:

<baby> I shall chew on these tasty electrical wires
<sister> where is baby
<Loome> um

Loome forgets to identify to NickServ. On these occasions, ChanServ declines to voice him. This is the exchange that we had about the issue last time:

IN AMERICA'S FIELDS by moaz

I wonder if Tom Kiraly plays ball In America's fields, the grasses grow
Between the bleachers, row upon row
That mark the place, where in a time before thine
The men swung their bats, thin as vine
Scarce recalled in the decades that followed

<LazyJ> Artful words.
* LazyJ is struggling to remember the title of the movie... Kevin Costner, James Earl Jones...
<OldCoder> “Field of Dreams?” There was also “The Natural”, but that was different
<LazyJ> “Field of Dreams”
<LazyJ> “The Natural” was Robert Redford, wasn't it?
<LazyJ> I'm calling it a night and heading for bed.

OH, PILLOW by LazyJ

Oh, pillow. How I wrestle with thee.
Thine slumber inducing folds covet my dreams.
A toss. A tussle. But no more resistance do offer.
A battle blissfully lost.
A match thankfully over.
Oh, pillow. How I wrestle with thee.

<LazyJ> Ok. That's my first attempt at prose in several decades.
<LazyJ> It reads fancier than — “Shoving the furball to the other side of the bed and turning off the light.”
<LazyJ> G'night ;)

For Google searches, image links are more important than most people realize. If you make it into the top row of image results, this usually means that your images will appear on the first page of text results. This is a nice way to boost your effective rankings.

So, I've tried to pay due attention to image searches and it seems to have been worth the effort.

As of 151108, a Google Images search for Jim Kiraly is presently giving me 65% of the top 5 rows. For Tom Kiraly, the ratio is a lot lower, just 46%. I need to work on the number.

For Grace Kiraly and Ken Kiraly searches, I've got a low percentage in the top five rows, but an acceptable 67% of the top row for Grace and a whopping 83% of the top row for Ken.

I don't have the Kiraly Gag Order Cases attorneys by name alone, but I do better for them if moderate short-tail is allowed. For example, a Google Images search for Alison Buchanan Prosecutable gives me 100% of the top 3 rows and a regular search for those words gives me 6 of the top 10 hits.

Obviously, search rankings aren't important unless the searches are likely to be common. I'm working on word combinations; a statistical analysis of the AOL search database that was leaked in 2006 is expected to help.

SEO is in No Small Part an Art

This text mentions Tom Kiraly, also known as Thomas Evan Kiraly, asserts that Tom has committed felonies and is therefore search engine worthy, notes, for legitimate and reasonable purposes that Tom's residence address may or may not be 9520 Westminster Glen Avenue, Austin, Texas, 78730-3408, comments that his mother's maiden name is Kmeta (a well-known and publicly available fact), states that Tom has been VP of Humana Corporation, remarks that he may be CFO of Hanger Inc. or Hanger Orthopedic, and lists his birthday as January 24, 1960. His SSN (U.S. Social Security Number) is discussed, in a legitimate and reasonable manner, in the next post below.

This text adds that Tom's personality is a “dark mask” if you ask his mother, Grace Kiraly, though a Kiraly Family associate who has committed felonies describes Tom as an “All-American kid”. Perhaps one can be both.

This text also records Grace Kiraly's view that Tom Kiraly was a nebbish in domestic contexts who allowed his wife Karen Washmon to mess up his two sons, though she acknowledges that Tom's daughter, Riane Kiraly, came out just right.

For all of this, no Google hits are guaranteed. SEO is not a connect-the-dots science as suggested by the illustration. It is an art. As other things in life are arts.

Will Tom Kiraly CFO of Hanger Orthopedics be listed?
