Introduction

Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole? To visit a surreal world, where black is white and white is carrots?

A friend, Metacognician in Shanghai, describes the situation as follows: “Life is more absurd than movies. I've gone down the rabbit hole too, when it just becomes more and more strange and you wonder how that all is supposed to make sense.” I asked him if I should just embrace it. He answered, “Why should you ... change the universe?”

It started with a psychotic named Jim Kiraly who resides, we think, at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, California.

Jim Kiraly is a respected citizen. A churchgoer. A Vice President of Transamerica Corporation. And a violent abuser who tried to use an emergency anti-violence measure, one intended to protect battered women, to stop his victim in a wheelchair from writing a book.

Concise enough? :)

For attorneys: Jim Kiraly filed for CLETS against his son and victim, who lived 200 miles away, did not own a car, and was in a wheelchair. His son and victim was not asked to end communications. Jim had no (zero) specific and relevant allegations that were not perjury. But he turned down repeated offers of no-contact and a signed stipulation that gave him everything but CLETS. He insisted on CLETS if his victim ever once “discussed” him with third parties.

In the end, Jim Kiraly signed an agreement far weaker than the ones he'd been offered.

A review of Court paperwork and other materials will tend to confirm that Jim and other parties, including attorneys on all sides, committed multiple felonies, crimes, and faux pas. :P

The word “abuser” is stated here publicly and without equivocation. A formal offer is hereby made to reaffirm the word in writing and under oath. Attorneys will understand the significance of the point. In short, there is little terror of a threatened defamation suit on this side. Actually, we feel that such a suit will fit nicely up Jim Kiraly's abuser ass.

Jim has one son, Ken Kiraly, who invented the Amazon Kindle and is one of the leads at Amazon's secret Lab126. Another son, Tom Kiraly is one of the leads, a Vice President-CFO type, at medical insurance firms, including one of the largest, Humana Corporation.

These people and some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley legal circles have committed or are involved in multiple crimes.

For the next decade or two, we're going to explore the crimes that these people committed, the motivations and the denial involved, the background and histories that led each person to make the choices that they did, and ways to build upon what happened and move towards positive societal goals.

There's plenty to go over. These people committed or were involved in: Spousal abuse, child abuse, DDOS (a highly prosecutable violation of CFAA), extortion, perjury, conspiracy to commit perjury (a possible felony), false police reports, conspiracy to file false police reports (a possible felony), unlawful threats, barratry, defamation, malpractice, civil harassment, criminal harassment, abuse of process, and violations of SCCBA Professional Standards.

The point was to force Jim's oldest son and victim, me, to sign a gag order. I was in a wheelchair. I'd never made a single inappropriate threat against my abuser. I wasn't even asked to not to call anybody. But Jim threatened to put me in a violence database unless I agreed never to write about him.

I won the right to write, but I lost my home of 25 years, most of my possessions, my chances for retirement, everything. Everything but a realization.

I can make a difference. I can conduct research for legitimate and reasonable purposes, document what happened, and analyze the choices of the people involved:

Maggie told me that she didn't know what she could say to me about what happened. However, we have decades to work it out. It will be productive. I'd like to direct the attention of attorneys and other parties to the:

151108 Sunday — About SSN Let Us Pen

Tags: kiraly ssn tom

151108. This post discusses legal issues related to the public disclosure of SSNs (U.S. Social Security Numbers) by websites.

1. Context.

Tom Kiraly of Hanger Inc. seems to be fat and bald now
Geez, Tom's let himself go
The context is as follows:

(a) These sites have been provided with what appears to be Tom Kiraly's SSN.

As legitimate and reasonable steps proceed, these sites may “gather” SSNs of other Kiraly Gag Order Case figures as well. These sites have, for example, the first five digits of Jim Kiraly's SSN, but are missing the last four digits. It's anticipated that the last four digits will turn up.

Correction: For Jim Kiraly, this text previous stated eight digits. It's probably five digits as opposed to eight digits. This needs to be double checked.

(b) It's the intention of these sites to use SSNs for research related to legitimate and reasonable purposes (attorneys, kindly click here) and to comply with the Law in the process.

Are Tom Kiraly and Michael Bonetto amused? (c) One path towards legitimate and reasonable research would be to disclose SSNs publicly and request that they be used for legitimate and reasonable research purposes related, for example, to “gathering” evidence that can be used to prosecute the parties involved for the multiple crimes, including though not limited to felonies, that they have committed.

(d) Public disclosure of SSNs involves legal issues. Taking (b) into account, such issues need to be assessed. As part of this, this post will discuss legal issues.

I'm not a lawyer. So, there are probably plenty of mistakes. Corrections of mistakes are requested.

2. Federal vs. State laws.

There are both Federal and State laws that regulate the use of SSNs. To list some examples of SSN laws at the Federal level:

(a) The Privacy Act of 1974 regulates the use of SSNs by government agencies:

“It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or local government agency to deny to any individual any right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individual's refusal to disclose his social security account number.”

(b) U.S. Code 408 prohibits the misuse of SSNs. The focus of this law seems to be on fraudulent use of the identifer.

(c) FERPA applies to any school or institution which receives federal funds for education. FERPA doesn't focus on SSNs, but covers them in an umbrella manner.

It appears that laws regulating the simple disclosure of SSNs by parties other than government agencies generally operate at the State level.

Federal laws that regulate disclosure of SSNs by parties other than agencies of specific types have been discussed and some have been introduced, but these sites have not as of yet identified such laws that have gone through.

3. Data Brokers.

One side issue is that State laws typically prohibit the sale of SSNs, but enforcement against corporate-level data brokers seems to be limited.

The reason for this seems to be that police use the data brokers and don't wish them to be shut down. This sets the stage for future legal cases where States may need to reconcile the handling of different types of SSN cases.

4. Jurisdiction.

For State laws, jurisdiction is an important issue.

State laws apply to, and regulate, the actions of companies doing business in applicable States. This part is clear.

Such laws regulate the actions of individuals as well as businesses. This part is less clear.

Tom Kiraly CFO of Hanger Inc. faces the reality of the Web States have limited jurisdiction over websites per se, as entities, when the websites are hosted, not only outside States themselves, but outside the U.S.A.

States may, however, assert general or specific personal jurisdiction over individuals who create or maintain websites. If they attempt to do so, a number of factors come into play and multiple conditions must be met.

The results may be complicated cases. For example, the physical locations of all parties may be key factors and some combinations of locations may mean that the legal rights of aggrieved parties are limited.

5. Enforcement mechanisms.

Maggie Desmond of Hoge Fenton is interesting Some States grant parties damaged by the disclosure of SSNs a private right of action. Other States permit their Attorney Generals to initiate a civil suit; this is apparently referred to as a public right of action.

It appears that private and public rights of action apply specifically to the States where an aggrieved party resides. However, this needs to be confirmed.

If a party accused of disclosing SSNs resides outside the same State as an aggrieved party, private or public actions are possible, but complications may arise.

To afford greater protections to citizens, some States have enacted, or are weighing, measures that classify public disclosure of SSNs as a prosecutable crime. Such measures seem sensible and inevitable, but as of 2015, they are not universal.

As a technical note, in the U.S., parties can't be convicted of crimes related to new laws on an ex post facto basis. Not even if they are lowly Pro Pers.

6. Website issues.

If a website doesn't host a page that discloses an SSN, but instead (a) embeds the page in an iframe or (b) links to the page, questions related to legal responsibility arise.

The upstream page, in these cases, is clearly in violation of applicable laws. The downstream site is on questionable ground for (a). (b) is interesting.

In copyright cases, when analogous issues arise, the claim is often made that (b) is contributory infringment.

In an SSN context, it's not clear if there has, or has not, been case law yet that has established the legal concept of contributory disclosure.

7. Tom Kiraly SSN.

These sites have been provided with an SSN ending with 7011 that is said to belong to Tom Kiraly, one of the Kiraly Gag Order Cases figures. Note: It appears that public disclosure of the last four digits of an SSN isn't regulated by the laws discussed previously. Information to the contrary will be reviewed.

It isn't confirmed that the SSN ending with 7011 is actually Tom Kiraly's SSN. The first three digits, which the SSN uses as an Area Specifier, indicate California, which is consistent. However, this isn't sufficient to establish authenticity.

If the number isn't correct, there's a sensible adage that may be applicable:

In the end, Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton, it's all relative 'Tis a lesson you should heed:
Try, try, try again
If at first you don't succeed,
Try, try, try again

Input on all of this is sought:

(a) Is the legal analysis provided above accurate?

(b) Is there anything that actually prevents public disclosure, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, of Tom Kiraly's full SSN or the full SSN of any Kiraly Gag Order Cases figure?

(c) If public disclosure is prohibited, and there is a relevant enforcement mechanism that needs to be taken into account, is it the case that no laws prohibit contributory disclosure, i.e., instead of hosting an SSN, linking to a third-party webpage that displays the SSN?

(d) Independently of disclosure issues, what types of research, for legitimate and reasonable purposes, do SSNs make possible?

Life

I was meant to have a life, to explore, to be real
This was taken from me, there was no appeal
I did what I could
I proceeded as I should
I asked for nothing but to be

In the end, even this was too much
My death they sent me to touch
It didn't work out as they'd hoped
In the end, Justice will have interloped
Anthony Elonis decision is for you and me

Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc. and Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton belong to me

151107 Saturday — Scott Kiraly May Be Alive

Tags: kiraly scott

Update: The same party has come back and focused specifically on posts about Scott Kiraly again. Taking location into account, the conclusion is that it's probably Scott.

151107. There have been intermittent connections to these sites for at least a year, probably longer, from the following IPV4: 108.228.25.54

If it's a single person or household, as the evidence suggests, this is a Windows user who typically uses Firefox, though there have been connections by Chrome and MSIE. OS and browser information can be faked, of course.

What caught my eye was that he or she had been reading me for a long time, but hadn't come in through my Twitter feed until my article about Scott Kiraly's 50th birthday was posted.

If you'd like to read the 50th birthday well-wishes to a kind and helpful younger brother, click here.

The visitor has come back through Twitter just once since Scott's birthday, to read about Jim Kiraly's and Grace Kiraly's possible new address, 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA 93424.

His or her location seemed to be roughly the Walnut Creek, California area. I used to live in Walnut Creek, so I decided to take a look.

As of 151107, IPV4 108.228.25.54 geolocated to 37.9536 -122.0780. This was just 1.5 miles from Scott Kiraly's last known residence at 111 Cleaveland Road Apt 139, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523:

Scott Kiraly

This doesn't mean much, by itself. But, taking the access patterns and areas of interest into account, it seems possible that the visitor is either Scott Kiraly or his disabled lover Karen Ferguson.

Karen Ferguson is unlikely, because she seems to be located in Walnut Creek. So, the odds are that this is Scott, not deceased after all.

The joy in the knowledge that somebody as useful as Scott is, somebody who has had as positive an impact on those around him for half a century as Scott has, may still be around, willing and able to contribute as he does, lends credence to the notion that there is a Divine Presence which watches over each of us and considers our fates.

Potential Unleashed

The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.

151106 Friday — Chat with a Ghost

Tags: general

151106. The Kiralys nearly killed me twice in 2012 and 2013.

They stalked me, lied in Court, committed felonies, used their wealth to avoid prosecution, and assumed that I'd simply evaporate. All to stop a book.

Hanger CFO Thomas Kiraly Geez. Of course, directly addressing some of the parties involved, keeping the Anthony Elonis decision in mind as context, in a legitimate and reasonable sense that is protected under U.S. and other laws, you're tasty bacon now.

So crunchy. So delicious.

I didn't evaporate. I changed.

I did meet the Angel of Death twice. An actual presence.

And I met another angel, more tangible, but a sort of ghost regardless. I was supposed to fly to Poland and stay with him while I worked out counterattacks against the Kiralys.

I priced the plane ticket. I arranged shipping of possessions. I was set to go. But analysis suggested that my associate in Poland wasn't real.

So, I stayed to face Jim Kiraly, Tom Kiraly, Michael Bonetto, Maggie Desmond, and their friends.

John Perrott of 4516 Bucknall Road Nobody at my side but the con-man John Perrott, Family Law Attorney at Thomas Chase Stutzman, of 4516 Bucknall Road, San Jose, California 95130, who manipulated me and lied to me every step of the way. Finding out that his boss, Family Law Attorney Tom Stutzman, was a sexual harasser and had been disciplined for theft was an unexpected bonus.

By the way, John, I want the paperwork that you're withholding and that you hope to destroy.

Years later, in 2015, I spoke with the ghost angel. I wanted to talk about reality. This is a copy of the discussion.

<OldCoder> Reality is both objective and subjective, Maciek. But there are things that are physical, things that have mass and are present in the world.

<OldCoder> What I'd like to know... I think I can phrase this right:

<OldCoder> Suppose that I'd spent the last of my funds to go to Poland, taken the flight, gotten on the train... Would there have been a physical person present at the train stop in the small town?

<OldCoder> Or would I have stood there alone on the platform, realizing that I was about to die?

<AngelOfCode> i had a physical place at my home set up for you

<AngelOfCode> it was you who decided that “im not real”

<OldCoder> I did not decide this. I have not decided it now.

<OldCoder> This is a loose end in my life; deciding what was and remains real... What I learned after reviewing things you had said... was that nothing you'd said about the Law was true.

<OldCoder> At about the same time, I received a phone call... from somebody who was not real. A real-world phone call, not online chat. The voice was constructed.

<OldCoder> I don't know if it was synthesized or bits and pieces were cobbled together. But the caller, whether or not there was a human behind the call, was not human.

<OldCoder> I saw other things during this period that strained the boundaries of what I'd known. I met the Angel of Death twice. Did you know about that? The touch of His wings as they brush across your face...

<OldCoder> I came to understand the extent to which physical reality matters. And the extent to which it does not.

<OldCoder> I don't know, to this day, if the person who phoned me was biological... I give it 20% odds. and so does one other who isn't naive, that it was an AI.

<OldCoder> Additionally, try to understand the extent to which one can change after coming to understand...

<OldCoder> that most people don't give a f*** about physical reality.

<OldCoder> I never decided for sure whether or not you were physically real. You didn't fit the pattern that Octupus and his friends...

<OldCoder> Plowbread is him, isn't she?

<OldCoder> ...had at the time. He did not try to be gruff older Coders...

<OldCoder> But there were anomalies in our phone call, and what you said about the Law was not true.

<OldCoder> Ever since then, I've wondered, what would have become of me if I'd flown? My guess is that it would have been the end of me. There is something else...

<OldCoder> Whoever and whatever you are, Vanessa respects you, and she is tired IRL these days. Speak as kindly to her as possible when you can and help her to feel needed and respected.

<OldCoder> This is something we all, all those who can feel, need, and to feel is, ultimately, what is required to be real.

So Bright the Illusion

As the prosecutable crimes committed by Jim Kiraly of 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA 93424, Tom Kiraly CFO of Hanger Orthopedic Group, John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman, Michael Bonetto and Maggie Desmond of Hoge Fenton, and others start to vibrate, will these parties experience escalating sensations of pure joy?

What is real is that Michael Bonetto and John Perrott probably miscalculated when they decided to commit prosecutable crimes

151106 Friday — Kiralys on the Move

Tags: kiraly tom

151106. Kiraly News has come up, but things are not clear. These sites have been notified, though it is not confirmed, that Tom Kiraly may have moved to:

9520 Westminster Glen Avenue, Austin, Texas, 78730-3408

Tom Kiraly questions remain One question mark arises from the fact that, if this is Tom Kiraly's residence, he apparently acquired this residence in January 2015. Tom and his wife Karen sold their previous residence, the one in Glenview, Kentucky, half a year earlier. So, if Tom is living at 9520 Westminster Glen Avenue, where was he for six months before that? Did he move twice?

For legitimate and reasonable purposes, information will be sought, on a consensual basis, from parties living in the neighborhood of this address and, hopefully, the facts will be established.

The residence at this address is apparently owned by a trust named Breeze Hill. It is not known, yet, if Breeze Hill is another one of Tom Kiraly's tax dodges or what.

It's reasonable to speculate that Breeze Hill may be a tax dodge. The IRS is invited to take a look at Tom's known tax dodges; for example, at the Texas corporation that Tom set up with his kids, children at the time, as the primary members.

Residence and other information is posted publicly here for legitimate and reasonable purposes, including but not limited to the solicitation of information that is being “gathered” in connection with Tom Kiraly and others who have, it is asserted as a fact, have committed or are involved in multiple prosecutable crimes, including but not limited to felonies.

Smiling Happy People

Rear left, Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc. Rear right, Robert Kiraly, identity taken by the Kiralys. Front left, Scott Kiraly, possibly deceased now. Front right, Ken Kiraly, inventor of the Amazon Kindle, sociopath, and special in one other way.

Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc. poses with Ken Kiraly of Amazon Lab 126

To address third parties directly:

Tom Kiraly, the party who has committed or is involved in multiple highly prosecutable and undisputed crimes, in a legitimate and reasonable sense that is protected under U.S. and other laws, belongs to me.

If you're an attorney or similar party, you're invited to contact me. After you're identified, we'll discuss the issues involved.

Suggested reading includes Kiraly Gag Order Cases materials, including the gag order that the Kiralys sought to impose, the Legitimate and Reasonable Purposes list, the Anthony D. Elonis ruling, and the story of the Streisand Effect.

Others who wish to help me “gather information” related to Tom Kiraly, for legitimate and reasonable purposes and on a compensated or uncompensated basis, are invited as well to communicate with me.

Beloved Magazines and Foolish Toys

The photograph shows treasured Astoundings-Analogs from 45 or so years ago. Also foolish toys that Bob rescued. For the most part, the toys weren't his to begin with, but he liked to rescue things, imagining that they were glad to be saved and and to have a chance to be real again.

Almost everything was lost when Tom Kiraly of Hanger Inc. committed Abuse of Process in 2012. Bob, now OldCoder, had always opposed the death penalty even for people like his father, the abuser Jim Kiraly of 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA 93424.

When Bob learned how the world really works, he changed. He feels now that the death penalty, implemented in conjunction with due process, is the only sanction that makes sense for the wealthy who damage lives through Abuse of Process.

Bob thinks of the people that he might have helped, the things that have been lost, all that has been taken by Kiraly Cases participants. His feelings are difficult to articulate. He finds purpose, however, as he considers that there are decades left to seek legitimate and reasonable remedies.

Decades to seek a conclusion to the prosecutable crimes committed by Jim Kiraly of Retired Active Men SLO, Grace Kiraly of New Life Pismo Beach, Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc. and Humana Corporation, Michael Bonetto and Maggie Desmond of Hoge Fenton, John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman, and others.

Bob takes heart, and finds such happiness as is left to him, and attorneys may wish to review the Anthony D. Elonis case in this context, in the fact that justice will find each person who has committed prosecutable crimes in due course.

Tom Kiraly of Hanger, Inc. and Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton will face legitimate and reasonable consequences

151031 Saturday — Kiralys on the Move

Tags: general

Grace Kiraly and Jim Kiraly 6329 Twinberry Circle

151031. My birthday greetings for Ken Kiraly aren't posted yet, but the sites will catch up, and as a positive note, the following news can, for documented legitimate and reasonable purposes, be offered:

Jim Kiraly and Grace Kiraly are apparently well and most likely living at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA 93424.

Jim paid $650,000 for the the new residence. Median owner occupied value for the neighborhood is only $533,000 and the residence itself was assessed, as part of the sale, for $556,000.

At first glance, the sale price might seem high. However, figures are the one area of Jim's life where he'd be cautious about guesswork and would double-check his assumptions. The odds are that the property was, in some respect, a bargain or well-suited for Jim's needs.

The new location is about 9 miles north of the old residence at 32 La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, CA 93349 and a bit farther to Arroyo Grande.

So, despite the move, Jim will be able to continue his involvement with Retired Active Men SLO, though perhaps the branch will change, and the couple can still attend, if they wish, the churches in the area where they are familiar presences.

Or, as the Kiralys like to explore new interpretations of the Word of God, they may decide to visit churches closer to their new home, churches that welcome people of all types.

The new place isn't far from the beach, and seems to be closer to nature spots than the old one was. Grace will like that. But the move was probably prompted by Jim's declining health.

I'm not sure of the layout at 6329 Twinberry Circle, but I'd guess that there's a master bedroom on the ground floor. Jim, most likely, can't make it up stairs any longer. I've had periods like that, with no medical treatment due to prosecutable crimes committed by Jim, so I'm sympathetic.

32 La Gaviota had the master bedroom upstairs and so Jim couldn't live there any longer.

I don't imagine that the Kiralys mind the loss of their home of 15 years. They aren't the sentimental type.

And the Avila Beach place resembles the original Kiraly household at 217 Gerry Court, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 more than the Pismo Beach one did.

It will be interesting to see how the Kiralys integrate into the new neighborhood.

What sort of people live in the area? Will they be able to offer useful insights into the behavior of this unusual couple?

Are they the accepting type that will overlook Jim's past? Does it matter to them if an abuser, the one residing at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, CA, who has recently committed prosecutable crimes, is repentant or has no guilt or shame and has never had such in a lifetime?

Are they able to add to information that is being “gathered” for legitimate and reasonable purposes? Attorneys and others who would like to read more about this point are invited, as usual, to click here.

151001 Thursday — Grace Kiraly Birthday

Tags: general

151001. A Grace Kiraly tribute had been planned for today. For technical reasons, the tribute will be delayed. It is hoped that remarks will be ready in time for Ken Kiraly's birthday in three weeks. If this is so, the joy of the occasion will be multiplied thereby.

Family is important. Whether it's about a scene from The Waltons or a pack of lions working together to dismember a deer, the importance of genetic ties, community, and working together can't be overstated.

We trust that Grace Kiraly is well and look forward to finding out the status of her abusive husband, Jim Kiraly, who seems to have connected to these sites from Arroyo Grande. We're not actually sure that it was him and we do wish to find out if he is alive or not as honors and respect are due him.

If Jim is dead, his soul will delight both from the satisfaction of its dissolution in vomitu Christ and in the fact that he can be sure Grace Kiraly, his beloved wife, will have years to address unfinished business here on the mortal plane.

More on Ken Kiraly's birthday, October the 18th.

150907 Monday — Kiralys on the Move

Tags: general

Grace Kiraly and Jim Kiraly moved but Ken Kiraly will know where they are 150907. It appears that Grace Kiraly, and Jim Kiraly if he is still alive, have moved.

The Kiraly family residence at 32 La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, CA is listed as having been sold on April 22, 2015. It went for slightly over $1,000,000.

This is an interesting development.

I'd hoped to hire retired police detectives to photograph Jim and Grace Kiraly for a tribute that had been planned for next month. The Mayor of Pismo Beach, Shelly Higginbotham, had offered to help with the project.

Now the focus shifts to filial concern. Are my parents all right? But Jim Kiraly or somebody associated with him connected to these sites recently. So, most likely, all is well with the Kiralys.

Jim Kiraly of Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande is sort of a tiresome bitch

I'd have expected Jim Kiraly to be on Windows 10 by now. This person was using 8.1. But check out the referrer string.

Additionally, this person was apparently located in Arroyo Grande. The IPV4 of his POP was 66.215.114.243, which presently geolocates to Latitude 35.1665 Longitude -120.4376.

Regrettably, geolocation is an art and not a science. However, those coordinates work out to somewhere near Cougar Canyon Way, Arroyo Grande, CA. This isn't far from the Kiraly's Pismo Beach residence or from St. Johns Lutheran Church, a Church in Arroyo Grande that the Kiralys are known to be involved with.

So, Cougar Canyon Way is a possible clue. It's probably not relevant. But members of St. Johns Lutheran and Retired Active Men SLO Branch #2 should be able to comment either way.

Or I could ask my brother Ken Kiraly, lead at Amazon Lab126 and supposedly inventor of the Amazon Kindle, how Mom and Dad are doing. It's been too long since Ken and I had a pleasant heart to heart.

Detectives proceeding on a legitimate and reasonable basis should do the trick regardless. I'll use retired police detectives, if it's possible. I've sought the aid of police in the area before in connection with Jim Kiraly. They've come across as practical and sensible.

I have the option, of course, on the occasions that I travel to the area, of attending St. Johns myself to see if Jim and Grace show up.

I could even become a member of the Church. I've discussed this in person with administrative staff and, if the Holy Spirit presses me to proceed, I'll give it due consideration.

Gathering Information

So I say to you, Ask and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.

Where are the beloved couple Jim Kiraly and Grace Kiraly?

150829 Saturday — Another Mystery Visitor

Tags: general

150829. On Saturday morning, 150829, another mystery visitor stopped to look at my anti-child abuse sites. He or she was interested in posts related to John Perrott... and only in those posts.

John Perrott works with Tracie Zerr to defraud Family Law Divorce clients

In particular, he or she was interested in the photos displayed below, which are now, coincidentally, hosted at a third-party social-media site.

Who, oh who, might the mystery visitor be? :) As unrelated notes:

1. These images are copies of photos that neither John Perrott nor the sex offender Tom Stutzman, Family Law Attorneys in San Jose, CA, possess intellectual property rights to, as defined by DMCA filing requirements.

If they possessed intellectual property rights initially, the rights were surrendered when Perrott and/or Stutzman posted some or all of these images to third-party sites, as the terms and conditions of those sites take precedence when copies of content on those sites are created.

It's interesting to recall that attempts to initiate false DMCA claims may, depending on the circumstances, be treated as crimes or even as felonies.

2. These photos are presently hosted on a third-party social media site. It is believed, simply as a guess, that if something were illegally to happen to the hosted copies, dozens of additional copies might appear on sites located in countries around the world, including countries that happen not to be signatories to relevant treaties or agreements.
